Operator console controls the process of filling the vehicles with compressed gas, delivery of gas using mass flowmeter OPTIGAS 5050 C/5010 C (KROHNE), process-dependent parameters and executing actions that provide CNG Filling Station safety in operation and also files activity taken at filling stations. As a function it can be equipped with fiscal printer and connected to non-cash and payment systems.

Operator console provides:

• separately filling process and gas flow metering for eight fuel nose units;
• data display regarding amount of delivered gas and its cost for each fuel nose unit during refueling;
• keeps log for accounting period for each operator.

Operator console reads data from mass flow meters KROHNE, process it, as well as signals that come from emergency stopbuttons; it carries out control of solenoid valves through relay, solenoid valves correspondingly adjust gas transfer to the filling unit. The results are transmitted on data display that is located on dispenser and to the operator console. The system can run continuously on a twenty-four hour basis.
