NGT-Holding unites group of  companies of the Ural region that produces, promotes and sales the Holding production for gas industry of Russia and countries of CIS.

Metania Ltd.
Joint Russian-Italian enterprise that specializes in production of CNG equipment and skid-mounted CNG stations of new generation. At this enterprise, conceptually new technological innovations have been developed and introduced that promote wide application of compressed natural gas as of alternative fuel.

«Thermogas» Ltd. specializes in construction and maintenance of automated boiler-rooms; serial production of hot-water boilers and stacks, sales of ancillary boiler equipment.

In addition, «Thermogas» Ltd. produces air-gas heaters «Aerotherm» and «Samoom» as well as building metalware of any complicacy.

NGT-Project Ltd. Projects development for gas equipment application, design and survey works

NGT-Transport Ltd. Fulfils the task of freight service in the field of transport logistics. The enterprise is engaged into freight forwarding and delivery of cargo all across Russia and countries of CIS.

NGT-Avtomatika Ltd. Carries out EC, production, mounting, commissioning and support manning for automatic control systems over workflow, information gathering, telemetry at the objects of gas industry such as: CNG filling stations, gas-distributing stations, boiler-rooms and etc.
NGT-Energogasservice Ltd. Manages power equipment running and maintenance. The enterprise has available manufacturing capabilities and tote that enables high mobility and high quality of work. Major activities of the company include:
